   • Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email/SMS with tracking details.
2. Shipping Duration
   • Standard delivery time: 7-10 business days depending on your location.
   • Some remote areas may take additional time for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
   • We offer free shipping on orders above ₹1000
   • A nominal delivery charge may apply on orders below the minimum amount.
4. Delivery Partners
   • We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
5. Order Tracking
   • Once shipped, you can track your order using the tracking ID provided via email/SMS.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues, our Exchange Policy is designed to help.

1. Eligibility for Exchange
   • Items can be exchanged within 3 days of delivery.
   • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
   • Innerwear, personal care products, and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for exchange due to hygiene reasons.
3. Exchange Process
   • To request an exchange, please contact us at asamart29@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for exchange.
   • Once approved, our team will guide you through the return pickup or drop-off process.
4. Conditions
   • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
   • If the desired size/product is not available, we may issue a store credit or replacement option.

🚫 Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
